Dr. Nelaton Zephirin M.D. currently practices as a Primary Care Physician at the VA Medical Center. He was educated at Armand Thoby primary school, Lycée Vincent, Secondary school of St Marc, and completed Toussaint Louverture school of Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.  He received his medical degree from “Faculty De Medicine Et De Pharmacy” He attended Barry University, eloquently completed his Residency at St Joseph Hospital and MC, Family Medicine, General Surgery at Harlem Hospital Center, and Clifton Family Practice Residency program (Seton Hall University). 

Dr. Zephirin received his medical license in licensed Florida.  During his many years of public service, Dr. Zephirin has been a member of the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad Physicians Chapter. Most of his devoted professional service of forty years was at East Orange General Hospital, practicing privately, and admitting at admitted Irvington General Hospital.
